Position Description 

As the Gate/Ticket Coordinator for the Missouri Reign, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our fans.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:


  1. Ticket Collection and Scanning:

    • Efficiently collect and scan tickets at the entrance to ensure a smooth and organized entry for spectators.

    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and technology to facilitate quick and accurate scanning processes.

  2. Cash Handling:

    • Responsible for handling cash transactions related to ticket sales.

    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.

  3. Promotion of QR Code:

    • Actively promote and encourage the use of our program's QR code for ticket purchases.

    • Assist fans in understanding the convenience and benefits of using the QR code system.

  4. Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding fans, and resolving any ticket-related issues promptly and courteously.

  5. Crowd Management:

    • Work collaboratively with security personnel to ensure a safe and orderly flow of spectators during ingress and egress.

    • Assist in implementing crowd control measures as needed.

  6. Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, attendance figures, and any other relevant data.

    • Prepare reports summarizing ticketing activities for post-event analysis.

  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other event staff and departments to coordinate logistical aspects of ticketing operations.

    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any challenges and ensure a cohesive event experience.

  8. Flexibility:

    • Be adaptable to changing event requirements and schedules.

    • Willingness to assist in other operational areas as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in ticketing or event operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Tech-savvy with a proficiency in ticketing software and scanning equipment.
