Missouri Reign vs. #6 KC Courage ends scoreless, 0-0.

The Missouri Reign ended their inaugural season on a promising note, tying the number six team in the country on the road, 0-0. The shutout was recorded by Jess Kampeter, who had a phenomenal performance in goal to keep the shutout with over 20 saves during the match.

It was a true defensive effort for the Reign, as they had only a handful of chances on goal. With a shorted roster of only sixteen players, everyone contributed to the result.

Going into the match on a little bit of a slide result wise, it was good result to end on a hopeful note, showing that the Reign can hang with some of the most talented teams in the country. The Heartland Conference ended up being one of the most competitive in the entire WPSL, and the Reign walked away with a few ties (OKC FC, KC Courage), and close games against the top teams in it.

The Reign close the season hopeful for what 2025 will bring.
