3. Design & User Experience

   • Create visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly web pages that attract and retain visitors.

   • Develop responsive designs optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

   • Use best practices for accessibility, navigation, and loading speed.

4. Content Collaboration

   • Work closely with the media, marketing, and communications teams to align the website with branding and promotional goals.

   • Coordinate with content creators to upload videos, images, and written material.

5. Analytics & Improvement

   • Monitor site traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.

   • Use data to recommend and implement enhancements to improve engagement and conversion.

6. Innovation & Trends

   • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

   • Propose and implement new features to keep the website fresh and competitive.

7. User Access & Permissions

   • Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure photographers, writers, and other content contributors have proper access to upload and edit content.

   • Coordinate with team members to provide timely access and troubleshoot any login or permission issues.

   • Maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and site integrity.
